Summary of PRPOA Board actions and initiatives
This month’s Civic meeting will feature Pine Ridge Property Owners Association (PRPOA) Board President Mike Perry. He will discuss the issues the Board of Directors (BoD) has been dealing with and answer any questions you may have about PRPOA governance.
This meeting happens to be the night before ballots are due for two BoD seats and a referendum on non-Pine Ridge POA homes and lots that are within the commonly accepted perimeter of Pine Ridge. Come ask your questions and be an informed voter.
All meetings will be a hybrid; in-person for those comfortable with it, and available via Zoom for people who would rather not attend in person.
